About Lena

Intuition, ritual, creativity, and embodied practice.

The Art of Intuition grew from a question I keep returning to: what becomes possible when we stop immediately reaching outside ourselves for the answer?

My work brings together intuition, ritual, creativity, and embodied practice. Through readings, private experiences, and intentional practices, I create space to slow down, listen, and reconnect with the knowing we already carry.

Art of Intuition continues to grow alongside my exploration of spirituality, creativity, and the human experience — my own practice, formal study, research, and the traditions and people I continue to learn from.

The intention is to strengthen your connection to your own intuition, deepen your awareness, and bring that knowing into everyday life. Curiosity is welcome here, and discernment matters: spirituality and critical thought belong together.

Formation

Formal study. My attention to what repeats began in a psychology classroom at UNC Chapel Hill and has continued through graduate study in clinical counseling — learning, formally, how people reveal themselves through language, repetition and the body. That education shapes how I listen. It is separate from the spiritual and intuitive work offered here, which is not therapy, counseling or treatment.

Practice and travel. I spent time in Bali studying energetic healing practices directly, and I taught meditation to young women in Tanzania who had never been asked to sit still and notice their own breath.

Spiritual training. My ceremonial and energetic practice has been shaped through training with Ankhetiva, Priestess of the Temple of KA.

The measure of this work: you leave hearing yourself more clearly.Noticing is a practice too — it gets quieter and clearer with use.
